Extension of the deadline for submitting the biennial equal opportunities report

The Interministerial Decree signed by the Minister of Labor in agreement with the Minister for Equal Opportunities has defined the new obligations for public and private companies with more than 50 employees.


Companies must draw up the report exclusively electronically, through the use of the appropriate portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies which can be reached at the following address: https://servizi.lavoro.gov.it, no later than September 30, 2022.


This only applies to 2022: in subsequent years the deadline remains set at April 30.

It is important to underline that the extended deadline exclusively concerns all companies that are required to submit the report for the two-year period 2020/2021.


For all companies that must instead submit the report for the first time, they must consider the two-year period 2018-2019 and the portal is already active.


At the end of the IT procedure, if no errors or inconsistencies are detected, the Ministry issues a receipt certifying the correct completion of the report. A copy of the report, together with the receipt, must also be sent by the employer to the company trade union representatives.
