Extension of deadline for submitting biennial equal opportunities report

The Interministerial Decree signed by the Minister of Labor in agreement with the Minister for Equal Opportunities defined new obligations for public and private companies with more than 50 employees.
Companies must submit the report exclusively online, using the dedicated portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, which can be accessed at the following address: https://servizi.lavoro.gov.it, no later than September 30, 2022.
This applies only to 2022: in subsequent years, the deadline remains April 30.
It is important to note that the extended deadline applies exclusively to all companies that are required to submit the report for the two-year period 2020/2021.
For all companies that are required to submit the report for the first time, they will need to consider the two-year period 2018-2019, and the portal is already active.
At the end of the computerized procedure, if no errors or inconsistencies are detected, the Ministry issues a receipt certifying that the report has been correctly drawn up. A copy of the report, together with the receipt, must also be sent by the employer to the company trade union representatives.
