Extension of the deadline for submitting the biennial equal opportunity report

The Interministerial Decree signed by the Minister of Labor in consultation with the Minister for Equal Opportunity sets out new requirements for public and private companies with more than 50 employees.
Companies must submit the report exclusively online, using the dedicated portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, which can be accessed at the following address: https://servizi.lavoro.gov.it, no later than September 30, 2022.
This applies only to 2022: in subsequent years, the deadline remains April 30.
It is important to note that the extended deadline applies exclusively to all companies required to submit the report for the 2020–2021 period.
For all companies that are submitting the report for the first time, they must cover the 2018–2019 period, and the portal is already up and running.
Once the online procedure is complete, if no errors or inconsistencies are detected, the Ministry issues a receipt certifying that the report has been properly prepared. The employer must also send a copy of the report, along with the receipt, to the company’s union representatives.
