Extension of the Submission Deadline for the Biennial Equal Opportunities Report

With the Interministerial Decree signed by the Minister of Labor in conjunction with the Minister for Equal Opportunities, new obligations have been defined for public and private companies with more than 50 employees.

Companies must prepare the report exclusively in digital format, using the dedicated portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, accessible at the following address: https://servizi.lavoro.gov.it, by and no later than September 30, 2022.

This applies only to 2022; in subsequent years, the deadline remains fixed at April 30.

It is important to emphasize that the extended deadline applies exclusively to all companies required to submit the report for the 2020/2021 biennium.

For all companies that must submit the report for the first time, they must consider the 2018-2019 biennium, and the portal is already active.

Upon completion of the digital procedure, should no errors or inconsistencies be detected, the Ministry issues a receipt certifying the correct preparation of the report. A copy of the report, along with the receipt, must also be transmitted by the employer to the company's trade union representatives.
