The main changes in the Budget Law for 2026

News . 5/2026 On January 1, 2026, Law no. 199 of December 30, 2025, came into force, containing provisions on the "State budget for the 2026 financial year and multi-year budget for the three-year period 2026-2028." News . 3/2026 Following the proposed renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Porters, signed on October 30, 2025, by the trade unions Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, UilTucs, and the employers' association Confedilizia, the new minimum wage rates in force from January 1, 2026, and the most important changes are announced. The renewed CCNL is valid from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2028, and, in the absence of formal termination within six months of the expiry date, it is understood to be tacitly renewed.
