Subject: Transitional period for compliance with the new procedure for prior notification of the establishment of occasional self-employment pursuant to Law No. 215 of December 17, 2021
The National Labor Inspectorate announces that until April 30, 2022, it will be possible to continue to give prior notice of the establishment of an occasional self-employment relationship by email, in accordance with the procedures set out in Note No. 29/2022.
Starting May 1, 2022, the only valid channel for fulfilling this obligation will be exclusively the electronic channel provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies. Therefore, communications sent by email directly to the offices of the Territorial Labor Inspectorates will not be considered valid (and will therefore be subject to penalties).
