Subject: Transitional period to adapt to the new procedure for fulfilling the preliminary communication of the establishment of occasional self-employment collaboration pursuant to Law No. 215 of 17/12/2021
The National Labour Inspectorate announces that until April 30, 2022, it will be possible to continue to send the preliminary communication of the establishment of occasional self-employment collaboration relationship also by e-mail, according to the procedures illustrated in Note No. 29/2022.
Effective May 1, 2022, the only valid channel to fulfill this obligation will be exclusively the electronic one made available by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, and therefore communications made by e-mail directly to the offices of the Territorial Labour Inspectorates will not be considered valid (and will therefore be subject to penalties).
