Update 2 - Mandatory Communication for Occasional Self-Employment

Subject: Transitional period for adapting to the new method of fulfilling the prior communication for the establishment of occasional self-employment relationships pursuant to Law No. 215 of 17/12/2021

The National Labor Inspectorate announces that until April 30, 2022, it will be possible to continue to make the prior communication for the establishment of occasional self-employment relationships also via email, according to the procedures outlined in Note No. 29/2022.

Effective May 1, 2022, the only valid channel to fulfill this obligation will be exclusively the electronic one made available by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, and therefore, communications made via email directly to the offices of the Territorial Labor Inspectorates will not be considered valid (and will consequently be subject to sanctions).
