Subject: Update on new requirement for prior notification of the establishment of occasional independent collaboration pursuant to Law No. 215 of 12/17/2021
With reference to the mandatory reporting of occasional self-employment relationships, in a Note dated March 24, 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies informs that, starting Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., a new application will be available on Job Services, accessible to employers and authorized entities via SPID and CIE.
The Inspectorate, jointly with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with note no. 393 of March 1, 2022 , integrates the FAQs contained in note no. 109 of January 27, 2022 and illustrates in detail the group of workers exempt from the obligation.
