Subject: Update on new compliance requirement for prior communication of occasional self-employment relationships pursuant to Law No. 215 of December 17, 2021.
With reference to the mandatory communication of occasional self-employment relationships, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with a Note dated March 24, 2022, informs that, starting Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM, a new application will be available on Servizi Lavoro, accessible to employers and authorized entities via SPID and CIE.
The Inspectorate, in conjunction with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with Note No. 393 of March 1, 2022, integrates the FAQs contained in Note No. 109 of January 27, 2022 and details the categories of workers excluded from the obligation.
