Subject: Update on new requirement for prior notification of occasional self-employed collaboration pursuant to Law No. 215 of December 17, 2021
With reference to the mandatory reporting of occasional self-employment relationships, in a note dated March 24, 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies informs that, from Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., a new application will be available on Servizi Lavoro, accessible to employers and authorized parties via SPID and CIE.
The Inspectorate, together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with note no. 393 of March 1, 2022, supplements the FAQs contained in note no. 109 of January 27, 2022 and details the categories of workers excluded from the obligation.
