Subject: Update on the new requirement for prior notification of the establishment of occasional self-employed collaboration pursuant to Law No. 215 of December 17, 2021
With regard to the mandatory reporting of occasional self-employment relationships, in a notice dated March 24, 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies announces that, starting Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., a new application will be available on Servizi Lavoro, accessible to employers and authorized users via SPID and CIE.
The Inspectorate, in conjunction with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, pursuant to Note No. 393 of March 1, 2022, supplements the FAQs contained in Note No. 109 of January 27, 2022 and provides a detailed explanation of the categories of workers exempt from the requirement.
