Subject: Update on new obligation: preliminary communication of the establishment of occasional independent collaboration pursuant to Law No. 215 of 17/12/2021
With reference to the mandatory communication of occasional self-employment relationships, with Note of March 24, 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies informs that, from Monday, March 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM, a new application will be available on Servizi Lavoro, accessible to employers and authorized parties via SPID and CIE.
The Inspectorate, jointly with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with note no. 393 of March 1, 2022, supplements the FAQs contained in note no. 109 of January 27, 2022 and illustrates in detail the categories of workers excluded from the obligation.
