Payment of Arrears for Supplementary Contributions to the Mario Negri Fund - Tertiary and Transport Managers

Following up on our Flash News No. 8 of March 15, 2023, we inform you that the arrears of supplementary contributions due to the Mario Negri Fund, related to the integrative contribution differences arising from the agreement signed in March 2023 between Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia and Manageritalia, concerning the extension of the validity of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Managers in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, were not included in the ordinary payment made on April 10, 2023. The Fund itself has sent or made available a specific payment slip in the reserved area for the companies involved. In light of this, to reflect the company's supplementary contributions in the payslip for both the year 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, and also to correctly manage the related amounts from a fiscal perspective, these sums are shown in the current April payslip. Any adjustments due as supplementary contributions, including for any period of severance in lieu of notice falling in 2022 or 2023, will be included in the payment form available on the Mario Negri Fund website – company reserved area, and must in any case be paid by April 28, 2023.

On the following page, we present the contribution table for the Tertiary and Transport sectors, detailing quarterly contribution amounts from 2021 to 2023.
