Payment of supplementary back contributions to the Mario Negri-Dirigenti Terziario e Trasporti Fund

Following up on our Flash News n. 8 of March 15, 2023, we would like to inform you that the back contributions in favor of the Mario Negri Fund relating to the supplementary contribution differences deriving from the agreement signed in March 2023 between Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia and Manageritalia, relating to the extension of the validity of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Executives in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector, were not included in the ordinary payment made on April 10, 2023. The Fund itself has sent or made available in the reserved area a specific payment slip to the companies involved. In light of this, in order to highlight the supplementary company contributions in the pay slip, both for the year 2022 and for the first quarter of 2023, and also in order to correctly manage the related amounts from a fiscal point of view, these sums are shown in the pay slip for the current month of April. The adjustments due as supplementary contribution, also for any period of lieu of notice falling in 2022 or 2023, will be included in the payment form available on the Mario Negri Fund website – company reserved area and in any case to be paid by April 28, 2023.
