Payment of Overdue Supplementary Contributions to the Mario Negri Fund for Executives in the Service and Transportation Sectors

We are following up on our News Flash No. 8 of March 15, 2023, to inform you that the overdue contributions to the Mario Negri Fund—relating to the supplementary contribution differences arising from the agreement signed in March 2023 between Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia and Manageritalia regarding the extension of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for executives in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors—were not included in the regular payment made on April 10, 2023. The Fund itself has sent or made available in the members-only area a specific payment slip to the companies involved. In light of this, in order to reflect the employer-paid supplementary contributions on the payroll statement—both for the 2022 fiscal year and for the first quarter of 2023—and also to ensure proper tax treatment of the related amounts, these sums are shown on the payroll statement for the current month of April. Any adjustments due as supplementary contributions—including those for any period of compensation in lieu of notice falling in 2022 or 2023—will be included in the payment form available on the Mario Negri Fund website (in the company’s reserved area) and must to be paid by April 28, 2023.
