In note no. 856 of April 19, 2022, the National Labor Inspectorate prepared an updated handbook on the application of penalties for undeclared work, highlighting the scope of application, amounts, penalties, cases of exclusion, warnings to regularize, and certain types of illegal work.
The handbook provides clarification on, among other things:
a) Services provided through the family booklet;
b) Occasional collaborations pursuant to Article 2222 of the Italian Civil Code;
c) Continuation of fixed-term contract;
d) Contract for occasional services pursuant to Article 54-bis of Decree Law 50/2017;
e) Contracting, secondment, temporary employment;
f) Internship.
