Notice of Office Closure for Summer Break

We are writing to inform you that the firm will be closed in August from August 13, 2020, through August 19, 2020, inclusive.
To this end, we are enclosing with this circular a paper form for reporting/notifying accidents, along with instructions, and a form to be used for notifying the Employment Center of new hires and terminations.
Finally, attached is a paper form for reporting accidents for employees in the agricultural sector.
ACCIDENT REPORTS
With regard to any accidents that may unfortunately occur during this closure period, we would like to provide you with the following information.
It is no longer possible to submit an accident report to INAIL by registered mail; the report must be sent from the company’s certified email address to the certified email address of the INAIL office responsible for the injured person’s place of residence.
In the accident report, you should limit yourself to providing the details of the company and the injured person, and include a brief description of the incident.
At the same time, a note will be added informing the insurance provider that any missing non-essential data will be provided at a later date. To identify the appropriate INAIL office, please visit the following page: www.inail.it/cs/internet/supporto/sedi.html
and enter the ZIP code of the injured person's city of residence in the space provided:

All information you submit to INAIL must also be forwarded to the firm.
Please note that the employer must submit the accident report within 48 hours of receiving the accident certificate.
