Welfare 2022 companies that apply the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Small Metalworking Industries - Confapi

Starting in 2022, companies will have to provide all employees with welfare benefits, listed by way of example at the bottom of this article, worth €200 to be used by December 31, 2022. It should be noted that the company must actually make the welfare benefits available to employees starting in February, in order to allow employees to use them by December 31, 2022.

The above values are comprehensive and expressly excluded from the calculation basis for severance pay. Employees who have completed their probationary period and are employed as of January 1 of each year or subsequently hired by December 31 of each year are entitled to the above:

  • with a permanent contract;

  • with a fixed-term contract who have accrued at least three months, even if not consecutive, of service during each year (January 1 - December 31).
