Welfare 2022 for companies applying the CCNL for Metalworkers in Small Industry - Confapi

Starting from the year 2022, companies must provide all employees with welfare instruments, exemplarily listed at the bottom of this article, with a value of 200 euros to be utilized by December 31, 2022. It is specified that the company must effectively make these welfare instruments available to employees starting from February, to allow their utilization by December 31, 2022.

The aforementioned values are all-inclusive and expressly excluded from the calculation base for severance pay. Employees who have completed their probationary period, are employed as of January 1st of each year, or are subsequently hired by December 31st of each year, are entitled to the above:

  • with an indefinite-term contract;

  • with a fixed-term contract who have accrued at least three months, even non-consecutive, of service seniority during each year (January 1st - December 31st).
