Welfare 2022 companies that apply the CCNL Metalmeccanici Piccola Industria - Confapi

Starting from 2022, companies must make welfare tools available to all employees, listed as examples at the bottom of this article, with a value of 200 euros to be used by 31/12/2022. It should be noted that the company must actually make the welfare tools available to workers starting from the month of February, in order to allow workers to use them by 31/12/2022.

The aforementioned values are all-inclusive and expressly excluded from the calculation base of the severance pay. The following workers are entitled to the above, after passing the probationary period, in force on 1 January of each year or subsequently hired by 31 December of each year:

  • with a permanent employment contract;

  • with a fixed-term contract who have accrued at least three months, even non-consecutive, of seniority of service during each year (1 January - 31 December).
