Extension of the 2022–2023 Biennial Equal Opportunity Report

The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies has announced that the online form for public and private companies with more than 50 employees to prepare their biennial report on the status of male and female employees will be available for completion on the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies’ website starting June 3, 2024. The reason for postponing the date from which the biennial reports may be prepared is the need to revise the software application in order to simplify the submission of the report, thanks in part to new features for pre-filling and retrieving past information.
Companies must submit their report for the 2022–2023 period no later than July 15, 2024, using only the updated application.
The general procedures for completing the form, as set forth in the decree adopted on March 29, 2022, by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, in consultation with the Minister for Family, Birth Rates, and Equal Opportunity, remain in effect.
