Extension of the 2022-2023 Biennial Equal Opportunities Report

The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies has announced that the electronic form for the preparation of the biennial report on the situation of male and female personnel by public and private companies with more than 50 employees will be available for completion on the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies portal starting June 3, 2024. The reason for postponing the date from which the biennial reports can be drawn up is due to the need to revise the IT application in order to simplify the submission of the report, thanks in part to new pre-compilation and retrieval functions for previous information.


Companies must prepare the report for the two-year period 2022-2023 by July 15, 2024, exclusively using the updated application.


The general compilation procedures set out in the decree adopted on March 29, 2022, by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, in agreement with the Minister for Family, Birth Rate, and Equal Opportunities, remain unchanged.
