The Fondo Est has expanded the scope of assistance for enrolled employees, guaranteeing access to certain specific healthcare services for their minor children, without requiring any additional contributions from the company or the worker.
Coverage is not activated automatically; it is therefore the responsibility of the duly registered employee to register their minor childrenby accessing the online procedure through the Reserved Area on the MyFondoEst.
Starting January 1, 2026, new provisions will come into effect concerning the requirements for registering minor children (natural, recognized, adopted, or foster children): it will be sufficient to register them once, and coverage will remain active until the child reaches the age of 18.
