Implementation of the SIISL Platform: Press Release from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies

On March 30, 2026, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies published a press release regarding the implementation of the SIISL platform (Information System for Social and Labor Inclusion).
In this press release, the Ministry of Labor announces that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Decree-Law No. 159/2025 (converted with amendments by Law No. 198/2025) and pending the conclusion of the process to transpose the Pay Transparency Directive, beginning April 1, 2026, companies and authorized intermediaries will be able to access the SIISL portal for the electronic submission, on a pilot basis, of Mandatory Notifications regarding the establishment, extension, conversion, and termination ofi employment relationships.
The same platform must be used for “the publication of job openings.”
