Following up on what was previously forwarded:

News on payments, advance payments for integration treatments, and reduction of the tax wedge from July 1, 2020.
This document outlines the changes made to the aforementioned regulatory provisions following its conversion into law. Specifically, the main changes concern the following articles, which were already covered in the News mentioned above.
CIGO AND ORDINARY ALLOWANCE (Art 19)
During the conversion process, the obligation to provide information, consultation, and joint examination, which had to be carried out electronically within three days of the preliminary communication, was removed.
Furthermore, a provision has been made for employers:
with production units located in the municipalities identified in Annex 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 1, 2020; AS WELL AS for those
that do not have a registered office or production or operational unit in the aforementioned municipalities, limited to workers who reside or are domiciled in those municipalities;
