Conversion into Law of the so-called 'Cura Italia' Decree (Decree-Law No. 18 of March 17, 2020)

News 3: Conversion into Law of Decree-Law 17 March 2020, no. 1

Following up on previous communications:

• News 1 Decree-Law 17 March 2020, no. 18 → named News Social Safety Nets

• News 2 Decree-Law 17 March 2020, no. 18 → named News "Cura Italia" Decree -

• News on payments, advance integration treatments, and reduction of the tax wedge from July 1, 2020.

This document reports the amendments made to the legislative provisions, concerning the subject matter, following their conversion into Law. Specifically, the main amendments affect the following articles, which were already covered in the aforementioned News.

ORDINARY WAGE SUPPLEMENT FUND (CIGO) AND ORDINARY ALLOWANCE (Article 19)

During the conversion process, the obligation for information, consultation, and joint examination was removed, which previously had to be carried out, including electronically, within three days following the preventive communication.

Furthermore, provisions have been made for employers:

• with production units located in the municipalities identified in Annex 1 of the DPCM of March 1, 2020; AS WELL AS for those

• who do not have a registered office or production or operational unit in the aforementioned municipalities, limited to employees residing or domiciled in said municipalities;
