This document outlines the changes made to the regulatory provisions referred to in the subject line following their conversion into law. Specifically, the main changes affect the following articles, which were already covered in the News listed News .
CIGO AND REGULAR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS (Section 19)
Upon conversion, the requirement for information, consultation, and joint review—which were to be carried out, including electronically, within three days of the date of the prior notice—was eliminated.
In addition, guidelines have been provided for employers:
with production facilities located in the municipalities listed in Annex 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 1, 2020; AS WELL AS for those
that do not have a registered office or a production or operational facility in the aforementioned municipalities, limited to current employees who reside or are domiciled in those municipalities;
