This document reports the changes made to the regulatory provisions referred to in the subject line following their conversion into law. Specifically, the main changes concern the following articles, which were already covered in News .
CIGO AND REGULAR CHECK (Art. 19)
During conversion, the obligation to provide information, consultation, and joint review, which had to be carried out electronically within three days of the prior notification, was removed.
In addition, provisions have been made for employers:
with production units located in the municipalities identified in Annex 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 1, 2020; AS WELL AS for those
that do not have their registered office or production or operational unit in the aforementioned municipalities, limited to employees residing or domiciled in the aforementioned municipalities;
