ABI, Government and social partners agreement: advance payment up to 1,400 euros
The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with ABI and social partners, signed on March 30, the agreement for the definition of a procedure for the anticipation by banks of wage supplementation benefits.
The advance payment of the sums is granted to employees of employers who, even while awaiting the issuance of authorization measures for wage supplementation benefits for the Covid-19 emergency, have suspended the same employees from work at zero hours and have applied for direct payment by INPS of the wage supplementation benefit in favor of workers entitled to such income support interventions.
The advance payment of the allowance must be requested by the worker from one of the banks that apply it, accompanied by the relevant documentation as reported in the attachment to the ABI Agreement, as well as according to the procedures in use at the bank concerned.
