ABI Convention, Government, and Social Partners: Advance Payment up to 1,400 Euros
On March 30th, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, in collaboration with ABI and social partners, signed an agreement to establish a procedure for banking institutions to advance wage integration treatments.
The advance payment of these sums is granted to employees whose employers, even while awaiting the official authorization for Covid-19 emergency wage integration treatments, have placed them on zero-hour suspension and have applied for direct payment of the wage integration treatment by INPS for eligible workers.
The advance payment of the allowance must be requested by the worker from one of the participating banks, accompanied by the relevant documentation as specified in the annex to the ABI Convention, and in accordance with the procedures adopted by the respective bank.
