Subject: Decree-Law May 19, 2020, no. 34
Following the publication of the so-called Relaunch Decree in the Gazzetta Ufficiale, the main provisions concerning social safety nets are outlined below, effective from May 19, 2020, for 60 days or until its conversion into Law.

SOCIAL SAFETY NETS
ORDINARY WAGE SUPPLEMENT FUND (CIGO) AND ORDINARY ALLOWANCE pursuant to Article 19 of Decree-Law 18/2020 (Article 68)
The 9 weeks previously granted for the period from February 23, 2020, to August 31, 2020, to employers who suspended or reduced their work activities in 2020 due to events attributable to the "COVID-19 emergency," are hereby increased:
