The Council of Ministers no. 67 of March 17, 2022, approved a series of provisions aimed at the gradual 'easing' of measures adopted to counter the spread of Covid-19, confirming the cessation of the state of emergency on March 31, 2022.
It is hereby noted, in particular, that until June 30, 2022, in the private sector, it will be possible to utilize smart working even without an individual agreement.
