The Council of Ministers, in its Resolution No. 67 of March 17, 2022, approved a series of measures aimed at gradually “easing” the restrictions adopted to combat the spread of COVID-19, confirming that the state of emergency would end on March 31, 2022.
We hereby wish to note, in particular, that until June 30, 2022, in the private sector, it will be possible to utilize remote work even in the absence of an individual agreement.
