On March 17, 2022, the Council of Ministers approved a series of provisions aimed at gradually easing the measures adopted to combat the spread of COVID-19, confirming the end of the state of emergency on March 31, 2022.
We hereby note, in particular, that until June 30, 2022, in the private sector, it will be possible to resort to smart working even in the absence of an individual agreement.
