The Council of Ministers, in its Resolution No. 67 of March 17, 2022, approved a series of provisions aimed at the gradual “easing” of the measures adopted to combat the spread of COVID-19, confirming the end of the state of emergency as of March 31, 2022.
We hereby note, in particular, that until June 30, 2022, in the private sector, it will be possible to utilize remote work even in the absence of an individual agreement.
