Subject: Prime Ministerial Decree of March 8, 2020, containing further implementing provisions for Decree-Law No. 6 of February 23, 2020, on urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency
and
Prime Ministerial Decree of March 9, 2020, containing further implementing provisions for Decree-Law No. 6 of February 23, 2020, setting forth urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, applicable throughout the entire national territory.
Below is a summary of the new measures, outlining the main provisions along with any potential impact on the company’s normal operations.
Article 1 sets forth the urgent measures to contain and combat the spread of the virus, in effect from March 8, 2020, through April 3, 2020, as follows:
in the Lombardy Region;
in the Regions with Special Statutes and in the Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, consistent with their respective statutes and the related implementing regulations;
and in the provinces of Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rimini, Pesaro and Urbino, Alessandria, Asti, Novara, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Vercelli, Padua, Treviso, Venice.
Under the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 9, 2020, the measures initially intended for these areas were extended to the entire country
