The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies informs that, in order to allow all employers to access the platform effectively, given the changes introduced by the Decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies of June 3, 2024, adopted in agreement with the Minister for Equal Opportunities and the Family, with Interministerial Decree of July 2, 2024, the deadline for submitting the report on the situation of male and female staff, for the two-year period 2022-2023, initially set for July 15, 2024, pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, of the aforementioned Decree of June 3, 2024, has been postponed to September 20, 2024.
