With Official Gazette No. 231 of October 3, 2023, the DPCM concerning the programming of legal entry flows for foreign workers into Italy for the 2023-2025 triennium has been published.
Briefly, some key provisions of the Decree, which is the subject of this communication, are outlined below:
Foreign citizens residing abroad are permitted to enter Italy for seasonal and non-seasonal subordinate employment and self-employment, in compliance with the quotas indicated below:
136,000 units for 2023;
