Subject: New event codes and adjustment codes for the correct display in Uniemens flows of compulsory paternity leave and parental leave events pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 105/2022
With message no. 659/2023, INPS introduces, in addition to those already in force, new event codes and adjustment codes for the correct reporting in Uniemens flows of compulsory paternity leave and parental leave (as amended by Legislative Decree no. 105/2022).
With the message just mentioned, the Institute provides instructions for reporting reporting flows of the new event codes and related adjustment codes, referring to parental and paternity leave, the rules for which have been amended by Legislative Decree No. 105/2022, as specified in Circular No. 122/2022, valid for the aforementioned events occurring from August 13, 2022.
The application of the new codes will be mandatory starting from April 2023.
For events already declared with event codes and adjustments already in use and falling within the periods of relevance August 13, 2022 - March 31, 2023, a subsequent communication will define the methods for transmitting data between employers and INPS for the collection of information necessary to enable the relevant monitoring.
