Update: March 22, 2023

News Flash no. 8

Subject: Retroactive Adjustment of Supplementary Contributions for Executives in Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Companies

On March 1, 2023, an Agreement Protocol was signed between Confcommercio-Imprese per l'Italia and Manageritalia. Following this, pending contractual negotiations and to ensure the continuity of the realignment process in coherence with the Rebalancing Plan, the Parties agreed upon an increase in the supplementary contribution, as per Article 25, paragraph 6 of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Executives.

The increase in the supplementary contribution has retroactive effect, according to the following schemes:

Contributions for Companies Registered with the Employers' Organization of their Respective Sector:

The previous rate of the supplementary contribution was set, from January 1, 2021, at 2.31% for registered companies and 2.61% for non-registered companies.

We remind that the rate of the supplementary contribution to the Mario Negri Fund is calculated on the conventional annual remuneration as per paragraph 8 of Article 25 of the sector's CCNL, which amounts to € 59,224.54 annually.

For all matters not covered by the agreement of March 1, 2023, reference is made to the provisions of the current CCNL and subsequent integrations, which are considered fully confirmed until December 31, 2022.

In practice, the contribution differences will not be included in the payment due on April 10, 2023, but will be requested from companies through subsequent communications from the parties who signed the agreement.
