How to Apply for the 2021 Single Certification Issued by INPS

This circular outlines the procedures for issuing or requesting the 2021 Single Certification, relating to income received in 2020, by INPS in its capacity as a withholding agent.
Therefore, anyone who received income from the Institute will be able to download the Single Certification starting March 16, 2021, despite the extension announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), which postpones the delivery of the certification to recipients until March 31, 2021.
The alternative methods for obtaining the certification are as follows:
Online service accessible via Electronic ID Card, SPID, PIN (for those who already have one), and National Services Card.
This service allows you to view, download, and print the CU2021 form, which is required for filing your tax return.
As for retirees, they can obtain the CU2021 form through the “Pension Statement” service.
The INPS Mobile app is available on smartphones and tablets; you can always log in using your credentials;
Request via certified email to: richiestacertificazioneunica@postacert.inps.gov.it for individuals with a Certified Email account;
Home delivery request service, effective March 30; requests should be sent to richiestacertificazioneunica@inps.it for those with standard email accounts;
by phone:
Contact Center Call 803 164 (toll-free from a landline) or 06 164 164 from a mobile phone to request home delivery;
