How to apply for the 2021 Single Certification issued by INPS

This circular outlines the procedures for issuing or requesting the 2021 Single Certification, relating to income received in 2020, by INPS (the Italian National Social Security Institute) in its capacity as withholding agent.
Therefore, anyone who has received income from the Institute will be able to download the Single Certification starting March 16, 2021, despite the extension announced by the MEF, which postpones its delivery to recipients until March 31, 2021.
The alternative methods for obtaining certification are as follows:
Online service accessible via Electronic Identity Card, SPID, PIN for those who already have one, and National Services Card.
The service allows you to view, download, and print the CU2021 form, which is required for filing your tax return.
As for pensioners, they can obtain the CU2021 form through the "Pension Slip" service.
INPS Mobile app available via smartphone or tablet, always accessed with your credentials;
Request via certified email to: richiestacertificazioneunica@postacert.inps.gov.it for individuals with certified email addresses;
Service for requesting shipment to your home address, starting from March 30, to be sent to richiestacertificazioneunica@inps.it for those with a regular email address;
