Bonus Moms 2025 and important news on Blood Donation.

Regarding the first important news, INPS has issued, in News No. 139 of Oct. 28, 2025, instructions for accessing the new Bonus Mamme 2025.

As a reminder, this Bonus is an income supplement reserved for working mothers with two or more children, introduced by Decree Law No. 95 of June 30, 2025 (the so-called "Omnibus Decree"), converted, with amendments, by Law No. 118 of August 8, 2025.

The new Bonus Moms 2025 consists of the disbursement of a sum equal to 40 euros per month for each month or fraction of a month in force:

- of an employment relationship, public or private, excluding domestic employment;

who have two children (including adopted or pre-adoptive foster children) and until the month of the second child's tenth birthday, and who have labor income not exceeding 40,000 thousand euros on an annual basis.

e:

- of enrollment of self-employed working mothers in autonomous compulsory social security schemes, including professional pension funds under Legislative Decree No. 509 of June 30, 1994, and Legislative Decree No. 103 of February 10, 1996, and separate management under Article 2, paragraph 26, of Law No. 335 of August 8, 1995,

who have two or more children and until the youngest child reaches the age of 18, for each month or fraction of a month in which the employment relationship or self-employment activity is in force, holders of labor income not exceeding 40.000 euros on an annual basis, provided that the earned income does not result from permanent employment and, in any case, for each month or fraction of a month in which the employment relationship or self-employment activity is in force that does not coincide with those in which a permanent employment relationship is in force.
