Subject: Operational guidelines for incentive applications for the permanent hiring of young "NEETs" for the year 2023 are now available.
As announced in our News 13 of May 9, 2023, Decree No. 48 of May 4, 2023, converted, with amendments, by Law No. 85 of July 3, 2023, provides for an incentive for youth employment in Article 27.
INPS, with News . 68 of July 21, 2023, issued operational instructions following the publication of ANPAL Decree No. 189 of July 19, 2023.
Please note that the incentive is granted to private employers, upon request, for a period of 12 months, amounting to 60% of the gross monthly salary taxable for social security purposes for new hires, made between June 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, of young people, provided that the following conditions the following conditions are met:
a. are under 30 years of age on the date of hiring;
b. are not working and are not enrolled in education or training (i.e., they are "NEET," or "Not in Education, Employment, or Training");
