Postponement of Deadlines for Smart Working Communications – Ministerial Decree No. 149/2022

With a statement dated October 25, 2022, the Ministry of Labour has ordered a new deferral for the submission of mandatory smart working communications as last defined by Ministerial Decree no. 149/2022.

Specifically, the Ministry has communicated:

In order to allow obligated and authorized parties to submit smart working communications according to the procedures defined by Ministerial Decree no. 149 of August 22, 2022, to fulfill the communication obligations provided for by Article 23, paragraph 1, of Law no. 81/2017 (as amended by Article 41 bis of Legislative Decree no. 73/2022, converted with amendments into Law of August 4, 2022, no. 122), the deadline for compliance set for November 1 is deferred to December 1, 2022.

For support requests related to the activation of the REST bulk mode, a contact request must be submitted via a form available in the online Public Relations Office (URP) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, according to the procedures communicated by Ministerial Decree no. 149 of August 22, 2022.
