Postponement of deadlines for sending smart working communications – Ministerial Decree No. 149/2022

With a press release dated October 25, 2022, the Ministry of Labor has ordered a new postponement for sending the mandatory agile work communications as defined, most recently, by Ministerial Decree No. 149/2022.

Specifically, the Ministry has communicated:

In order to allow the obligated and authorized parties to make agile work communications according to the methods defined by the Ministerial Decree No. 149 of August 22, 2022, to fulfill the communication obligations provided for by Article 23, paragraph 1, of Law No. 81/2017 (as amended by Article 41 bis of Decree Law No. 73/2022, converted with amendments into Law August 4, 2022, No. 122) the deadline for compliance set at November 1st is postponed to December 1st, 2022.

For support requests relating to the activation of the REST mass mode, it is necessary to send a contact request through a form available in the online URP of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, according to the methods communicated by Ministerial Decree n. 149 of August 22, 2022.
