Extension of the deadline for submitting remote work notifications – Ministerial Decree No. 149/2022

In a press release dated October 25, 2022, the Ministry of Labor has granted a new extension for the submission of mandatory remote work notifications as most recently defined by Ministerial Decree No. 149/2022.
Specifically, the Ministry stated:
In order to enable obligated and authorized parties to submit reports on remote work in accordance with the procedures defined by Ministerial Decree No. 149 of August 22, 2022, and to fulfill the reporting obligations set forth in Article 23, paragraph 1, of Law No. 81/2017 (as amended by Article 41-bis of Decree-Law No. 73/2022, converted with amendments into Law No. 122 of August 4, 2022), the deadline for compliance set for November 1 is hereby extended to December 1, 2022.
For support requests regarding the activation of the REST bulk mode, please submit a contact request using the form available on the online Public Relations Office (URP) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Ministerial Decree No. 149 of August 22, 2022.
