Deferral of deadlines for sending agile work communications – Ministerial Decree no. 149/2022

In a press release dated October 25, 2022, the Ministry of Labor ordered a new postponement for the submission of mandatory agile work communications as defined, most recently, by Ministerial Decree no. 149/2022.
Specifically, the Ministry announced:
In order to allow obligated and authorized parties to communicate agile working in accordance with the procedures defined by Ministerial Decree No. 149 of August 22, 2022, in order to fulfill the communication obligations provided for in Article 23, first paragraph, of Law No. 81/2017 (as amended by Article 41 bis of Decree Law No. 73/2022, converted with amendments into Law No. 122 of August 4, 2022), the deadline for compliance set for November 1 is deemed to be postponed to December 1, 2022.
