On December 28, 2024, Law No. 203 of December 13, 2024, was published in Gazzetta , containing "Provisions on labor" (known as the "Collegato Lavoro" or "Employment Act"), which will come into force on January 12, 2025.
The measure aims to simplify and correct various requirements related to employment relationships, with particular reference to regulations on health and safety in the workplace, regulations on social safety nets, and regulations on employment contracts.
With Note No. 9740 of December 30, 2024, the National Labor Inspectorate provided initial guidance on the contents of the Law.

“Amendments to Legislative Decree No. 81 of April 9, 2008” – Regulations on health and safety in the workplace (Art. 1)
a) An annual report shall be drawn up by the Ministry.
