INPS clarifications on marriage leave allowance for workers in the industrial and craft sectors

News Flash No. 29

With the publication of message No. 2951/2023 , provided clarification regarding the marriage leave allowance payable to workers classified as industrial and craft workers (see Article 49, Law No. 88/89).

In this regard, the Institute notes that, in favor of workers in the sectors mentioned above, are entitled, in particular, to eight consecutive days of marriage leave with payment of a check, at the expense of the Institute, equal to seven days' pay.
