Activate the online request for contribution exemption for private employers in possession of the 2023 Gender Equality Certification.

The INPS portal has been updated with the release of the new online application form "SGRAVIO PAR_GEN_2023," which can be used to submit requests for contribution exemptions (in favor of private employers) in the event of achievement, by December 31, 2023, of the gender equality certification referred to in Article 46-bis of Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 (Code of Equal Opportunities between Men and Women).
This measure entails exemption from payment of 1% of employer social security contributions, up to a maximum of €50,000 per year.
For this subsidy, the spending limit set at €50 million per year.
Applications may be submitted electronically until April 30, 2024, but it should be noted that, for the purposes of eligibility for exemption, the date of issue of the certification will be decisive. the date of issue of the certification, which in no case may be later than December 31, 2023.
Employers who submit their applications by April 30, 2024, will only be able to take advantage of the exemption measure once of the cumulative processing of the applications submitted and the preliminary checks carried out by INPS (the Italian National Social Security Institute) to verify that the interested parties meet the eligibility requirements.
