Subject: Procedure for admission to contribution exemption by employers in possession of gender equality certification
Starting on December 27, 2022, until February 15, 2023 , online applications will be accepted for exemption from employer contributions for employers who have obtained certification of gender equality obtained by December 31, 2022.
The employers who are eligible for the benefit, the structure and extent of the exemption, the resources allocated, the conditions for eligibility for the exemption, coordination with other incentives, and the procedure for admission to the benefit are specified in News No. 137 of December 27, 2022.
Procedure for admission to the benefit and obligations of employers
In order to be eligible for the exemption in question, private sector employers who have obtained gender equality certification by December 31, 2022, through their legal representative or delegate, may submit a specific electronic application to INPS, using only the online application form online "PAR_GEN", specifically prepared by the Institute on the website www.inps.it, in the section called "Subsidies Portal (formerly DiResCo)".
It remains understood that, in order to be eligible for the exemption, employers must be in possession of gender equality certification obtained by December 31, 2022.
