Subject: Procedure for employers holding gender equality certification to apply for exemption from social security contributions
Starting on December 27, 2022, through February 15, 2023 online applications for exemption from the employer’s share of social security contributions for employers who hold a certification of gender equality between men and women, obtained by December 31, 2022.
The employers eligible for the benefit, the structure and scope of the exemption, the allocated funds, the conditions for eligibility, coordination with other incentives, and the application process are specified in News No. 137 of December 27, 2022.
Procedure for Eligibility and Employer Obligations
To qualify for the exemption in question, private-sector employers who have obtained gender equality certification by December 31, 2022, through their legal representative or a delegate, may submit a specific online application to INPS, using exclusively the online application form online “PAR_GEN”, specifically prepared by the Institute on the website www.inps.it, in the section titled “Subsidies Portal (formerly DiResCo)”.
It is understood that, in order to be eligible for the exemption, employers must hold a gender equality certification obtained by December 31, 2022.
