We hereby remind you that, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement signed by the sectoral trade unions, for workers employed in the small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmithing and plant installation industry Unionmeccanica Confapi, employers must actually make available, by next February 28, welfare tools worth 200.00 euros, to be used by 31/12/2023.

Unless intervened by collective bargaining, this provision will also apply to 2024.

The following are entitled to the above, workers, having passed the probationary period, in force on January 1 of each year or subsequently hired by December 31 of each year:
