News Flash No. 4

This notice serves as a reminder that, in accordance with the agreement signed by the trade unions in the sector, for workers employed in small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmithing, and Unionmeccanica Confapi plant installation industries, employers must make available, by February 28, welfare benefits worth €200.00, to be used by December 31, 2023.

Unless otherwise specified in collective bargaining agreements, this provision will also apply in 2024.

The following are entitled to the above: workers who have passed their probationary period and are employed on January 1 of each year or subsequently hired by December 31 of each year:
