With this information, we remind you that, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement signed by the trade unions in the sector, for workers in the small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmithing and plant installation industries Unionmeccanica Confapi, employers must effectively make available, by February 28, welfare tools worth 200.00 euros, to be used by 31/12/2023.
Unless otherwise provided by collective bargaining, this provision will also apply for 2024.
The following are entitled to the above, workers, after the probationary period, employed on January 1 of each year or subsequently hired by December 31 of each year:
