This notice serves as a reminder that, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement signed by the sector’s labor unions, for workers employed in the small and medium-sized metalworking, jewelry, and plant installation industries covered by Unionmeccanica Confapi, employers must make welfare benefits worth 200.00 euros available by February 28, to be used by December 31, 2023.

Unless otherwise provided for in collective bargaining agreements, this provision will also apply in 2024.

The following employees are entitled to the above: employees who have completed their probationary period and are on the payroll as of January 1 of each year, or who are hired on or before December 31 of each year:
