This notice serves as a reminder that, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement signed by the sector’s trade unions, for workers employed in the small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmithing, and plant installation industries covered by Unionmeccanica Confapi, employers must make available, by February 28, welfare benefits worth €200.00, to be used by December 31, 2023.
Unless otherwise provided for in collective bargaining agreements, this provision will also apply in 2024.
The following employees are entitled to the above: employees who have completed their probationary period and are employed as of January 1 of each year or who are hired by December 31 of each year:
