With this notice, we remind you that, in accordance with the agreement signed by the sector's trade unions, for workers employed in small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmith, and plant installation industries affiliated with Unionmeccanica Confapi, employers must effectively provide, by February 28, welfare instruments worth 200.00 euros, to be utilized by 31/12/2023.
Unless otherwise stipulated by collective bargaining agreements, this provision will also apply for 2024.
Entitled to the above are workers who have completed their probationary period, employed as of January 1st of each year or subsequently hired by December 31st of each year:
