Employee Benefits for 2025 at Unionmeccanica Confapi Industrial Companies

On January 17, an agreement was signed between Unionmeccanica Confapi and Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil, whereby, having taken note of the termination of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement by the labor unionson June 17, 2024, it was announced that, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 90 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for workers in the small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmithing, and plant installation industries, signed on May 26, 2021, the agreement will remain in effect until it is replaced by a subsequent National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In light of the above, by February 2025, the following welfare benefits must be made available to employees, under a carryover provision: welfare benefits worth 200.00 (two hundred/00) must be made available to employees under the carryover provision, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 52 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
We therefore ask companies that apply this National Collective Bargaining Agreement to provide their employees, by the end of February, with welfare benefits worth 200.00 euros, to be used by December 31 of this year.
