Employee Benefits in 2025 for Employees of Unionmeccanica Confapi Industrial Companies

On January 17, an agreement was signed between Unionmeccanica Confapi and Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil, whereby, having taken note of the termination of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement by the trade unionson June 17, 2024, it was announced that, pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 90 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for workers in small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmithing, and plant installation industries, signed on May 26, 2021, the same will remain in force until it is replaced by a subsequent National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In light of the above, by February 2025 the following welfare benefits must be made available to workers under a carry-over arrangement: welfare benefits worth €200.00 (two hundred/00), in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 52 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
We therefore ask companies that apply this National Collective Bargaining Agreement to provide their employees, by the end of February, with welfare benefits worth €200.00, to be used by December 31 of this year.
