Welfare year 2025 for employees from industrial companies Unionmeccanica Confapi

On January 17, an Agreement was signed between Unionmeccanica Confapi and Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, Uilm-Uil, acknowledging the termination of the NCBA by the Trade Unions on June 17, 2024. It was communicated that, in application of paragraph 3, article 90 of the NCBA for workers in the small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmith, and plant installation industries, signed on May 26, 2021, the same shall remain in force until it is replaced by a subsequent National Collective Labor Agreement.
Therefore, by February 2025 it will be necessary to make available to workers, under the principle of extended validity, welfare instruments with a value of euro 200.00 (two hundred/00), in compliance with the conditions stipulated in Article 52 of the NCBA.
Companies applying this NCBA are therefore requested to make available to workers, by the end of February, welfare instruments with a value of euro 200.00, to be utilized by December 31 of the year.
