Welfare year 2025 for employees of Unionmeccanica Confapi industrial companies

On January 17, an Agreement was signed between Unionmeccanica Confapi and Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, Uilm-Uil whereby, having acknowledged the termination of the CCNL by the Trade Union Organizations. which took place on June 17, 2024, it was announced that, pursuant to paragraph 3, Article 90 of the CCNL for workers employed in the small and medium-sized metalworking, goldsmith and plant installation industries, signed on May 26, 2021, the same will remain in force until it is replaced by a subsequent National Collective Labor Agreement.
Therefore, by the month of February 2025 welfare tools must be made available to workers, under conditions of extended validity, with a value of euro 200.00 (two hundred/00), respecting the conditions governed by art. 52 of the CCNL.
Therefore, companies that apply this CCNL are requested to make welfare tools worth euro 200.00 available to workers by the end of February, to be used by December 31 of the year.
