Let's summarize the additional urgent measures for 2022 provided by Decree-Law No. 115 of August 9, 2022 (so-called: Aiuti-bis Decree) converted, with amendments, into Law No. 142 of September 21, 2022;

Let's take stock of the exemption from the payment of social security contributions for working mothers employed in the private sector, starting from the date of return to work after the use of mandatory maternity leave.

Main economic measures for families and businesses provided for by the Aiuti – Bis Decree

Decree No. 115 of August 09, 2022, containing urgent measures regarding energy, water emergency, social and industrial policies, has undergone a troubled procedural process, to arrive (after countless amendments) in the Senate and finally be converted into Law No. 142, on September 21, 2022.

The conversion law came into force on September 22, 2022.
