Key Economic Measures to Support Households and Businesses Set Forth in the “Aiuti – Bis” Decree
Decree No. 115 of August 9, 2022, containing urgent measures regarding energy, the water emergency, and social and industrial policies, underwent a tumultuous legislative process before reaching the Senate (after countless amendments) and finally being enacted as Law No. 142 on September 21, 2022.
The conversion law took effect on September 22, 2022.
