We summarize the additional urgent measures for 2022, as stipulated by Decree-Law No. 115 of August 9, 2022 (known as: Aiuti-bis Decree), which was converted, with amendments, into Law No. 142 of September 21, 2022;
We review the exemption from social security contributions for employed mothers in the private sector, effective from their return to work following mandatory maternity leave.

Decree No. 115 of August 9, 2022, which introduced urgent measures concerning energy, the water crisis, and social and industrial policies, underwent a complex legislative process, eventually reaching the Senate (after numerous amendments) and finally being converted into Law No. 142 on September 21, 2022.
The conversion law came into effect on September 22, 2022.
