Renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of Building Owners

The agreement to renew the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of building owners, signed by Confedilizia, has been finalized.
The renewal covers several contractual aspects, ranging from wage increases to improvements in service and sick leave benefits.
In short, the following was agreed upon:
a monthly gross payment of 50 euros added to the total salary of workers classified under profiles A3/A4 (janitors and cleaning staff, the former without housing and the latter with housing), effective as follows: 25 euros starting January 1, 2020, and an additional 25 euros starting January 1, 2021; for other professional roles governed by the Agreement, increases to the gross salary will be adjusted proportionally based on the amounts indicated above;
the payment of an additional €5 gross per month on the total salary of workers classified under the A3/A4 categories, effective January 1, 2022, provided that the social partners do not provide for an increase of the same amount to be allocated to the funding of supplemental health care benefits for the workers’ family members;
