On February 16, the social partners signed a draft agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Professional Firms, which includes many new features, from the revision of salary scales and the payment of a one-off bonus to details on welfare, bilateralism, the right to education, the right to prevention, and more.
The Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Firms applies to all professional activities, including those carried out by associations, belonging to regulated and unregulated professions, and to structures that perform services that are instrumental and/or functional to them.
The professional areas of interest are as follows:
a) Administrative Area
b) Legal Department
c) Technical Area
d) Medical, Healthcare, and Dental Area
e) Area of intellectual professional activities and professional consulting, with or without professional registration.
The signatories to this Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is subject to renewal, are: Confprofessioni, representing employers, and Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl, and Uiltucs, representing employees.
The pay increases have been divided into four tranches, starting on March 1, 2024, and ending on December 1, 2026. The new minimum wage scales are as follows:
