On February 16th, the proposed agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Offices was signed between the social parties, and there are many innovations, from the revision of the salary tables and the disbursement of a one-time payment, to details on welfare, bilateralism, the right to education, the right to prevention, and more.
The Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Offices applies to all professional activities, including associations, belonging to professional registers and non-registers, and to structures that carry out activities of instrumental and/or functional services to them.
The professional areas of interest, we remind you, are the following:
a) Administrative Area
b) Legal Area
c) Technical Area
d) Medical-Health and Dental Area
e) Area of intellectual professional activities and professional consulting, with or without a professional register.
The signatory parties of this Collective Labor Agreement, which is the subject of renewal, are: Confprofessioni, for the employer part, and Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and Uiltucs, for the worker part.
The salary increases have been divided into four tranches, starting from March 1, 2024, and up to December 1, 2026. The new minimum salaries are as follows:
