Federmeccanica Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement Renewal, Confindustria

Last Saturday, Nov. 22, an agreement was signed for the renewal of the CCNL, which governs the four-year period 2025-28, for Companies and workers in the Metalmechanics sector, of which the signatory party is Federmeccanica-Assistal, and for which this Collective Bargaining Agreement, which, we recall, had expired in June 2024 and had only been the subject of contractual renewal agreements, was applied.

The monthly increase decided upon, at the average level (C3 ex 5thliv.) is 205.32 euros, of which the first installment has already been disbursed in the amount of 27.70 euros on June 1, 2025, and which will be followed by subsequent tranches for the coming years:

• Average level C3 increase of 53.17 euros from June 1, 2026;

  59.58 euros from June 1, 2027;

  as well as 64.87 euros as of June 1, 2028.

We will announce the new pay scales when they are published.

Flexible benefits increase from 200 euros to 250 euros to be paid by February 2026.

In addition to wage increases, the new contract brings significant improvements on the regulatory parts in detail:

• Provided new protections for people with oncological conditions and disabilities;

• Working hours for staff involved on the 21 shifts are reduced by 8 hours;
