Extension of emergency Smart Working

On June 22, 2021, the law converting Decree No. 52 of April 22, 2021, containing "urgent measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities in compliance with the requirements of containing the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic" was published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale.
Attention is drawn to the extension of "emergency" smart working.
In fact, Article 11 provides, among other things, that what is reported in point 24 of Annex 2 of the aforementioned decree (provisions on agile work) is extended to December 31, 2021.
