Extension of emergency remote working

On June 22, 2021, the law converting Decree No. 52 of April 22, 2021, containing "urgent measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities in compliance with the requirements to contain the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic" was published in Gazzetta .
Attention is drawn to the extension of "emergency" remote working.
In fact, Article 11 stipulates, among other things, that the provisions of point 24 of Annex 2 of the aforementioned decree (provisions on agile working) are extended until December 31, 2021.
