Extension of Emergency Remote Work

On June 22, 2021, the law converting Decree No. 52 of April 22, 2021, containing “urgent measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities while respecting the need to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic,” was published in the Official Gazzetta .
Attention is being drawn to the extension of “emergency” remote work.
In fact, Article 11 provides, among other things, that the provisions set forth in paragraph 24 of Annex 2 to the aforementioned decree (provisions regarding remote work) are extended through December 31, 2021.
