Extension of Emergency Remote Work

On June 22, 2021, the law converting Decree No. 52 of April 22, 2021, was published in Gazzetta . The decree sets forth “urgent measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities while respecting the need to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Attention is drawn to the extension of “emergency” remote work.
In fact, Article 11 provides, among other things, that the provisions set forth in paragraph 24 of Annex 2 to the aforementioned decree (regulations on remote work) are extended until December 31, 2021.
