Extension to 31/12/2023 of the right to agile work for fragile subjects

With D.L. n. 132/2023 (see art. 8), the right to agile work for “vulnerable workers” in the private and public sectors has been extended to 31/12/2023.

In this regard, it should be remembered that “vulnerable” are defined as those workers affected by documented pathologies as identified by D.M. 04/02/2022 (chronic pathologies with poor clinical compensation and with particular connotation of severity in the presence of which the worker's general practitioner certifies the situation of fragility for the purposes of applying some transitional rules of favor).
