Subject: Contractual minimums in force from June 1, 2023 CCNL for the Unionmeccanica Confapi industry – Effects
On June 16, 2023, Unionmeccanica Confapi and the trade unions Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil signed a memorandum, implementing the draft agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement of May 26, 2021, concerning the adjustment of minimum contractual wages, travel allowances, and on-call allowances.
It has been noted that the HICP (Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices for European Union countries) for 2022, net of major energy costs, was 6.6%, which is higher than the percentage increase in the minimum wage already planned.
Consequently, the new minimum wage rates confirmed below will apply from June 1, 2023 (see last column on the right):

Travel and on-call duty
Based on the final inflation rate for 2022 measured by the HICP net of energy costs, as provided by ISTAT and equal to 6.6%, the parties also adjusted the flat-rate travel allowance and on-call allowance in force on May 31, 2023.
