Subject: Contractual Minimums Effective from June 1, 2023, for the Unionmeccanica Confapi National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Industry – Effects
On June 16, 2023, Unionmeccanica Confapi and the trade unions Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil signed a protocol, implementing the draft Renewal Agreement of the CCNL dated May 26, 2021, regarding the adjustment of contractual minimums, travel allowances, and on-call allowances.
It was indeed noted that the HICP (Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices for EU Countries) for 2022, net of significant energy components, amounted to 6.6%, thus exceeding the previously anticipated percentage increase in the reference minimum wage tables.
Consequently, the new minimum wage tables effective from June 1, 2023, are confirmed below (see last column on the right):

Travel and On-Call Allowances
Based on the actual 2022 inflation dynamics, measured by the HICP excluding imported energy as provided by ISTAT and equal to 6.6%, the parties also proceeded with the adjustment of the lump-sum travel allowance and the on-call allowance in effect as of May 31, 2023.
