Subject: Minimum contractual wages in force from June 1, 2023, CCNL for the Unionmeccanica Confapi industry – Effects


On June 16, 2023, Unionmeccanica Confapi and the trade union parties Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil and Uilm-Uil signed a report, implementing the hypothesis of the agreement to renew the CCNL of May 26, 2021, regarding the adjustment of minimum contractual wages, transfer allowances, and standby allowances.

In fact, it was noted that the IPCA (Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices for the Countries of the European Union) for 2022 net of important energy products, was equal to 6.6%, therefore higher than the percentage increase in the minimum reference tables already foreseen.

Consequently, the new minimum table wages are confirmed below starting from June 1, 2023 (see the last column on the right):

Transfers and standby

Based on the 2022 inflation dynamic measured with IPCA net of important energy products as provided by ISTAT and equal to 6.6%, the parties also proceeded to adjust the fixed transfer allowance and the standby allowance in place on May 31, 2023.
