News No. 26/2025
The agreement hypothesis for the contractual renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Executives of Tertiary, Distribution and Services Companies was signed last Nov. 5 between Manageritalia and Confcommercio- Imprese per l'Italia and will have a three-year term starting from Jan. 1, 2026 until Dec. 31, 2028.
It will take full effect upon approval by the Governing Bodies of the contracting parties.
The renewal hypothesis, which came in advance of its scheduled expiration on December 31, 2025, introduces notable changes: from minimum wage increases to aspects of welfare, parenting, and active aging.
1) Economic treatment
A gross monthly salary increase is planned, when fully implemented, totaling 800 euros, divided into three tranches:
320 euros from January 1, 2026 (whereby the monthly contractual minimum increases to 4,660.00 euros)
260 euros from January 1, 2027 (whereby the monthly contractual minimum increases to 4,920.00 euros)
220 euros from January 1, 2028 (so the minimum monthly contractual minimum increases to 5,140.00 euros)
Important! The aforementioned salary increases may not be counted in reduction or compensation of individual treatments already in place, with the sole exception of sums disbursed, after July 31, 2025, as a down payment or advance on future contractual increases or expressly granted in order to ensure the recovery of the purchasing power of salaries.
2) Contribution facilities for the recruitment and appointment of executives
