Subject: integration of the transitional programming of entry flows for non-EU workers into the State territory for the year 2022, regarding seasonal employment
With Gazzetta Ufficiale of 14/08/2023, the D.P.C.M. of 19/07/2023 concerning the integration of the transitional planning of the entry flows of non-EU workers into the territory of the State for the year 2022, relating to seasonal subordinate work.
As also reported on the institutional page of the MLPS, based on the applications already submitted up to August 14, 2023, an increase of up to 40,000 units is ordered for entries relating to the agricultural and tourist-hotel sector. The additional seasonal subordinate work quotas, as provided for by the aforementioned D.P.C.M., will be distributed by a specific and subsequent News among the Territorial Labor Inspectorates, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces, by the General Directorate of Immigration and Integration Policies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, based on the applications received by the Single Immigration Desks and the needs at the territorial level.
