Subject: Integration of the transitional programming for the entry flows of non-EU workers into the national territory for the year 2022, concerning seasonal subordinate employment.
With Gazzetta Ufficiale of 14/08/2023, the D.P.C.M. of 19/07/2023 was published, concerning the integration of the transitional programming for the entry flows of non-EU workers into the national territory for the year 2022, regarding seasonal subordinate employment.
As also reported on the institutional page of the MLPS, effective for applications already submitted up to August 14, 2023, an increase of up to 40,000 units is provided for entries related to the agricultural and hotel tourism sectors. The supplementary quotas for seasonal subordinate employment, as provided by the aforementioned D.P.C.M., will be allocated with a specific and subsequent News by the General Directorate for Immigration and Integration Policies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies among the Territorial Labor Inspectorates, Regions, and Autonomous Provinces, based on applications received by the One-Stop Shops for Immigration and territorial needs.
