Focus on the Renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Executives – Commercial Companies

In clarifying that the contract renewal for the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Executives – Commercial Companies, signed on November 5, 2025, was followed by the Agreement signed on November 12, 2025, whereby the parties agreed to fulfill the commitment made regarding paragraph 11 of the new Article 30, which defines the social security contribution relief for new hires or appointments of executives, we would like to draw your attention to the following points of the contract renewal itself.

 

1) Paragraph 7 of the new Article 18 – Illness and Injury of the Executive

 

“The employer must enter into, at their own expense and in the interest of the executive, an insurance policy covering both work-related and non-work-related accidents, which ensures, in accordance with the terms defined in the insurance contracts entered into by the Pastore Association, as provided for in Article 28, paragraph 2, the following:
