Exercising the right to strike and consequences for remuneration

The right to strike is protected by Article 40 of the Constitution, which states: "The right to strike shall be exercised within the framework of the laws governing it."

While this constitutional provision recognizes the fundamental right to strike, it also establishes that this right cannot be exercised indiscriminately, but must be exercised in accordance with the laws that regulate it.
