Covid-19 Emergency Family Protection

Protezione Famiglia is a measure by which the Lombardy Region supports families who are experiencing economic difficulties due to the ongoing health emergency from Covid-19.

Families will be able to obtain a one-time, non-repayable contribution of 500 euros until the available resources, amounting to 32.40 million euros, are exhausted, of which 4.4 million euros are for the application of the Lombardy Family Factor, which makes it possible to guarantee an additional amount to the contribution granted if there are elements in the family such as a mortgage for the purchase of the main residence, length of residence in the Lombardy Region, number of children, disabled people, pregnant women and dependent elderly people.

The request can be made by connecting to the website: www.bandi.regione.lombardia.it by typing: Protezione Famiglia.

The application for contribution can only be submitted online starting from April 12, 2021, based on the applicant's residence, through the Bandi On Line information system, authenticating with the PIN of the CRS/TS-CNS health card or with the SPID (Public Digital Identity System).

To access the contribution, the applicant must, at the time of submitting the application, be in possession of the following requirements:

1. Be a resident of Lombardy;

2. Be a parent of at least one minor under 18 years of age who is dependent and resident in their family unit;
