COVID-19 Emergency: Family Protection

"Family Protection" is a program through which the Lombardy Region provides support to families facing financial difficulties due to the ongoing COVID-19 health emergency.
Families will be eligible for a one-time, non-repayable grant of 500 euros, subject to the availability of funds, which total 32.40 million euros. Of this amount, 4.4 million euros are allocated through the application of the Lombardy Family Factor, which provides an additional amount to the grant if the family meets certain criteria, such as having a mortgage for the purchase of their primary residence, length of residence in the Lombardy Region, number of children, people with disabilities, pregnant women, and dependent elderly individuals.

Applications for the grant may be submitted exclusively online starting April 12, 2021, based on the applicant’s place of residence, through the Bandi On Line information system, by logging in with the PIN from the CRS/TS-CNS health card or with SPID (Public Digital Identity System).
To be eligible for the grant, the applicant must meet the following requirements at the time of application:
Be a resident of Lombardy;
Be the parent of at least one dependent child under the age of 18 who resides in the parent’s household;
