The new decree introduces measures to be adopted during the restart phase, effective effective from May 4 until May 17, 2020, replacing the provisions of the Prime Ministerial Decree of April 10, 2020.

The decree is structured as follows (the articles commented on in this circular are highlighted in red):

• Article 7 Measures concerning public transport services

• Article 9 Implementation and monitoring of measures
