With Official Gazzetta No. 223 of 09/23/2022, the so-called Aiuti-Ter Decree was published, namely the Decree-Law No. 144/2022 bearing "Further urgent measures on national energy policy, business productivity, social policies, and for the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR)."
The measure came into force on 09/24/2022.
This News will analyze the most relevant provisions concerning labor matters, specifically:
One-time allowance of 150.00 euros for employed workers;
One-time allowance of 150.00 euros for pensioners and other categories of individuals;
Income support for self-employed workers.
Furthermore, a summary will be provided of measures concerning the delocalization or transfer of business activities for companies not facing a crisis situation.
One-time allowance
Article 18 of the Aiuti-Ter Decree regulates a 'new' one-time allowance of 150.00 euros, intended for employed workers with their November 2022 remuneration. The allowance will be granted by employers.
