Gazzetta The so-called “Aiuti-Ter Decree,” namely Decree-Law No. 144/2022 containing “Further urgent measures regarding national energy policy, business productivity, social policies, and the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).”
The measure took effect on September 24, 2022.
This circular will analyze the most relevant regulations pertaining to employment, namely:
A one-time allowance of 150.00 euros for employees;
A one-time payment of 150.00 for retirees and other groups;
Income Support for Self-Employed Workers.
In addition, a summary will be provided of the measures regarding the relocation or sale of business operations by companies not in a state of crisis.
One-time allowance
Article 18 of the Aiut-Ter Decree establishes a “new” one-time allowance in the amount of 150.00 euros to be paid to employees along with their November 2022 pay. The allowance will be paid by employers.
