With Gazzetta Ufficiale No. 223 of 23/09/2022, the so-called Aid Decree-Ter was published, or the Law Decree No. 144/2022 containing "Further urgent measures regarding national energy policy, business productivity, social policies, and the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr)".
The provision came into force on 24/09/2022.
This News will analyze the most relevant rules concerning labor, namely:
One-time allowance of 150.00 euros for employed workers;
One-time allowance of 150.00 for pensioners and other categories of subjects;
Income support for self-employed workers.
In addition, the measures regarding the relocation or transfer of business activities not in a crisis situation will be summarized.
One-time allowance
Article 18 of the Aiut-Ter Decree regulates a 'new' one-time indemnity of 150.00 euros for employees, to be paid with the November 2022 salary. The indemnity will be disbursed by employers.
