Gazzetta so-called Aiuti-Ter Decree, or Decree-Law No. 144/2022 containing "Further urgent measures concerning national energy policy, business productivity, social policies, and the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR)".
The measure came into force on September 24, 2022.
This circular will analyze the most relevant regulations concerning work, namely:
One-time allowance of €150.00 for employees;
One-time allowance of €150.00 for pensioners and other categories of individuals;
Income support for self-employed workers.
In addition, measures relating to the relocation or transfer of business activities of companies not in crisis will be summarized.
One-time allowance
Article 18 of the Aiut-Ter Decree regulates a "new" one-off allowance worth €150.00 for employees with November 2022 salaries. The allowance will be paid by employers.
