Notices Regarding the Pre-Filled Income Tax Return and Rejections of Form 730-4

Income tax return forms are divided into the following categories:

1) Form 730 (income from employment and pensions);

2) Individual Income Tax Return Form;

3) Individual Income Tax Return (Online Form);

4) Individual Income Tax Return – online.

Taxpayers who meet the following criteria in 2025 may use either the pre-filled or standard Form 730if, in 2025, they are:

- retirees or employees (including Italian workers employed abroad whose income is determined based on the standard salary established annually by a specific ministerial decree);

- individuals receiving benefits in lieu of employment income (e.g., wage supplements, mobility allowances);

- members of production and labor cooperatives, service cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives, cooperatives engaged in the primary processing of agricultural products, and small-scale fishing cooperatives;

- priests of the Catholic Church;
