Notices regarding the pre-filled income tax return and rejections of Form 730-4

Income tax return forms are divided into the following categories:

1) Form 730 (income from employment and pensions);

2) Income Tax Return for Individuals;

3) Redditi Individual Tax Return (online);

4) Individual Income Tax Return – online.

The following taxpayers may use the pre-filled or standard Form 730taxpayers who, in 2025, are:

- retirees or employees (including Italian workers employed abroad whose income is determined based on the standard wage established annually by a specific ministerial decree);

- individuals receiving benefits in lieu of wages (e.g., wage supplements, mobility allowances);

- members of production and worker cooperatives, service cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives, cooperatives engaged in the primary processing of agricultural products, and small-scale fishing cooperatives;

- priests of the Catholic Church;
