Communications regarding pre-filled income tax returns and rejections of Form 730-4

Income tax return forms are divided into the following types:

1)    Form 730 (employee and pensioner income);

2)   Individual Income Tax Form;

3)    Individual Income Tax Form web;

4)   Individual Income Tax Form – online.

Taxpayers eligible to use the pre-filled or ordinary Form 730 are those who in 2025 are:

-       pensioners or employees (including Italian workers operating abroad for whom income is determined based on the conventional remuneration defined annually by a specific ministerial decree);

-       individuals receiving income replacement benefits for employment income (e.g., wage supplements, mobility allowances);

-       members of production and labor cooperatives, service cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives, and cooperatives for the primary processing of agricultural products and small-scale fishing;

-       priests of the Catholic Church;
