Communications regarding pre-filed tax returns and on denials of Form 730-4s

Income declaration forms are divided into the following types:

1) Form 730 (employee and pensioner income);

2) Individual Income Form;

3) Web Individual Income Form;

4) Individual income tax form - online.

May use the pre-filled or ordinary 730 form., taxpayers who in 2025 are:

- pensioners or employees (including Italian workers working abroad for whom income is determined on the basis of conventional remuneration defined annually by special ministerial decree);

- persons receiving benefits in lieu of employment income (e.g., wage subsidies, mobility benefits);

- members of production and labor, service, agricultural and first processing cooperatives of agricultural and small-scale fishing products;

- priests of the Catholic Church;
