Communications relating to pre-filled tax returns and rejections of Form 730-4

Income tax return forms are divided into the following types:

1) Form 730 (income from employment and pensions);

2) Income tax return form for individuals;

3) Individual income tax return form online;

4) Income tax return form for individuals – online.

They can use the pre-filled or standard 730 form, taxpayers who in 2025 are:

- pensioners or employees (including Italian workers operating abroad whose income is determined on the basis of the conventional remuneration defined annually by a specific ministerial decree);

- people who receive income replacement benefits for employees (e.g., wage supplements, mobility allowances);

- members of cooperatives involved in production and labor, services, agriculture, and the initial processing of agricultural products and small-scale fishing;

- priests of the Catholic Church;
