Office Closure Notice for Summer Break

News No. 30/2022

This is to inform you that the Firm will be closed in August from August 15 to August 21, 2022, inclusive.

To this end, we provide instructions for any potential accident reports/notifications and for communications regarding hirings and terminations to the Employment Center.

ACCIDENT REPORTS

Regarding any accidents that may unfortunately occur during this closure period, we wish to provide you with the following information.

It is no longer possible to send accident reports to INAIL via registered mail; the report must be transmitted from the company's Certified Email (PEC) to the PEC of the competent INAIL office based on the injured person's residence.

In the accident report, you must limit yourselves to indicating the data related to the company and the injured person, and to including a concise description of the event.

Concurrently, a note will be added, informing the insurance institute that any missing non-essential data will be subsequently integrated.
