Office Closure Announcement for Summer Break

This is to inform you that the Studio will be closed in the month of August for the period from August 15 to August 21, 2022, inclusive.

To this end, we provide instructions for any accident reports/notifications and for communications of hiring and termination to the Employment Center.

ACCIDENT REPORTS

Regarding accidents that may unfortunately occur during this period of closure, we would like to provide you with the following information.

It is no longer possible to send accident reports to INAIL by registered mail; the report must be sent from the company's certified email (PEC) to the PEC of the INAIL office with jurisdiction based on the injured party's residence.

In the accident report, you should limit yourself to indicating the data relating to the company and the injured party, and to including a brief description of the event.

At the same time, a note will be added in which the insurance institution will be informed that the missing non-essential data will be subsequently integrated.
