On December 12, 2022, Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia, Filcams – Cigil, Fisascat – Cisl, Uiltucs signed an Extraordinary Sector Protocol (see Annex) as a response to the economic and social impact suffered already during 2020 with the intention, it reads, of “building an economic response to the needs of workers in the sector to contribute to maintaining their purchasing power.”
The negotiations for the renewal of the CCNL, as communicated by the signatory parties, will continue during the next year, without interruption.
Extraordinary sector protocol
The signed document provides for the disbursement, in favor of workers in the sector, of an amount as a one-off payment as well as an advance on future contractual increases.
Disbursement of one-off payment
The Protocol stipulates:
a) Only workers employed on the date of signing the Protocol which is the subject of this information, will be paid a one-off gross amount equal to 350.00 euro at level IV, a) re-parameterized on the other classification levels and disbursed according to the methods explained in points 3 and 4 of the Protocol (see below);
