National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Sector: signing of the Extraordinary Sector Protocol.

On December 12, 2022, Confcommercio – Imprese per l'Italia, Filcams – Cigil, Fisascat – Cisl, and Uiltucs signed an Extraordinary Sector Protocol (see Annex) in response to the economic and social impact already suffered during 2020 with the aim, it states, of "develop an economic response to the needs of workers in the sector in order to help maintain their purchasing power."

Negotiations for the renewal of the national collective labor agreement, as announced by the signatory parties, will continue throughout the coming year without interruption.


Special sector protocol


The signed document provides for the payment of a one-off amount to workers in the sector. one-off payment as well as an advance payment on future contractual increases.


One-time payment one-time payment


The Protocol provides:

a) Only to workers employed on the date of signing of the Protocol covered by this information, will be paid a one-off gross amount of €350.00 at level IV, a) recalculated to the other levels of classification and paid in accordance with the procedures set out in points 3 and 4 of the Protocol (see below);
