On December 12, 2022, Confcommercio – Imprese per l’Italia, Filcams – Cigil, Fisascat – Cisl, Uiltucs signed an Extraordinary Sector Protocol (cf. Annex) in response to the economic and social impact already experienced during 2020, with the stated aim of 'developing an economic response to the needs of sector employees to help maintain their purchasing power'.
Negotiations for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), as announced by the signatory parties, will continue into the next year without interruption.
Extraordinary Sector Protocol
The signed document provides for the disbursement, to sector employees, of a lump-sum payment as well as an advance on future contractual increases.
Lump-sum Payment
The Protocol stipulates:
a) Exclusively for employees in service as of the Protocol's signing date, which is the subject of this information notice, a gross lump-sum payment of 350.00 euros will be disbursed at Level IV, a) re-parameterized across other classification levels and disbursed according to the procedures specified in points 3 and 4 of the Protocol (see below);
