Self-Declaration Regarding Compliance with the Temporary Framework Requirements

We would like to remind our valued clients that by November 30, the accountants handling tax matters must electronically file the self-declaration certifying compliance with the requirements of the Temporary Framework.

Recipients of the aid referred to in Article 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance dated December 11, 2021, are required to submit the self-declaration.

In their self-declaration, economic operators also certify that they meet the additional conditions required for economic support during the COVID-19 emergency.
