Self-declaration regarding Temporary Framework requirements

We remind our esteemed Clients that by November 30th, accountants, who handle the fiscal aspects, must electronically submit the Self-Declaration for compliance with the requirements set forth for the Temporary Framework.
The parties benefiting from the aid mentioned in art. 1 of the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance of 11 December 2021 are required to submit the Self-Declaration.
Economic operators also attest, in the self-declaration, to the additional conditions provided for supporting the economy during the Covid-19 emergency.
