Increase in Minimum Wages Under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry – Confapi

On June 17, 2026, Unionmeccanica Confapi, Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil signed a memorandum of understanding to implement the provisions set forth in the June 4, 2026, renewal proposal regarding adjustments to minimum wages, travel allowances, and on-call allowances.

Based on the actual inflation rate for the year 2025, as measured by the HICP excluding major energy prices, the parties calculated the adjustment to the minimum wage levels in effect as of May 31, 2026, and, taking into account the provisions of the renewal proposal dated June 4, 2026, and having verified that the HICP figures do not result in any deviations from the increases defined in the renewal proposal of July 24, 2025, effective June 1, 2026—due to the activation of the safeguard clause—the minimum wages to be paid are those listed in the following table:
