Wage increases under the Unionmeccanica-Confapi national collective labor agreement

From September 1, 2025, a pay increase will come into effect for workers covered by the Unionmeccanica-Confapi national collective labor agreement.

This decision follows the agreement to increase minimum wages signed on July 24, 2025, between Unionmeccanica Confapi and FIM, FIOM, and UIL for the period 2025-2026, with a view to safeguarding the mutual interests of economic and regulatory balance with respect to the metalworking sector to which they belong.

Consequently, the overall increase, which, for the fifth level, will be equal to €100.00 gross, including the IPCA revaluation, will be divided as follows:

a) €27.90: effective June 1, 2025 (already paid);

b) €22.10: effective date 09/01/2025;

c) €50.00: effective from June 1, 2026.
