Wage Increases Under the Unionmeccanica-Confapi National Collective Bargaining Agreement
News Flash No. 19/2025
Effective September 1, 2025, a pay increase will take effect for workers covered by the Unionmeccanica-Confapi National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This decision follows the agreement to increase minimum wages signed on July 24, 2025, between Unionmeccanica Confapi and FIM, FIOM, and UIL for the 2025–2026 period, with a view to safeguarding the mutual interest in maintaining economic and regulatory balance within the metalworking sector,
Consequently, the total increase—which, for the fifth pay grade, will amount to 100.00 euros gross, including the IPCA adjustment—will be distributed as follows:
a) 27.90 euros: effective June 1, 2025 (already paid);
b) 22.10 euros: effective September 1, 2025;
c) 50.00 euros: effective June 1, 2026.
